Commonly known as Coach Yanga in rugby development and transformation circles, your friendly neighbourhood gym instructor is happy to impart strength, fitness and functional mobility training built up since 2014.
Yanga cut his teeth on the dusty fields of Khayelitsha, Cape Town, training the young athletes of Connect Sports Academy.
He has worked extensively with Atlantic Rugby Academy, Hamilton’s RFC, Vusa Rugby Academy and and Western Cape Islanders Touch Rugby and his forte is turning young ones into their best selves, on and off the sports field.
If you’re looking for dynamic fitness training, functional mobility and movement, Coach Yanga is your go-to guy.
He’ll be happy to see you in his regular classes at Burgundy High Performance Centre, or one-on-one as a personal training client.
