We're expanding our yoga to give you even more value.
Burgundy Estate gym classes

We’re delighted that so many of you are enjoying the yoga sessions in our dedicated Burgundy Estate studio.

With our regular classes frequently fully booked, it’s time we expanded what we offer to our members, as well as non-members who drop in for R80 per session.

From Saturday 2 March we’re launching an upgraded studio timetable, featuring a weekend class and an additional session every Friday morning.

Dates for your diary

These changes mean a couple of things for our booking schedule.

Our back-to-back evening classes are moving from Tuesdays and Thursdays to Mondays and Wednesdays.

These sessions will take place at brand new times of 18:00-19:00 and 19:00-20:00, so make sure you check your Itensity app for all the details and get booked in to take full advantage.

Karla is your go-to guru

You may have noticed our new resident yoga expert Karla at Burgundy High Performance Centre.

She’s thrilled to be adding another layer to our yoga offering, by tailoring her classes to suit your needs.

In addition to her sunrise yoga on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, Karla will be taking you through the following styles on a Monday and Wednesday evening:

Hatha Yoga

A general category that includes most poses, holding each pose through a series of breaths. This style builds stability on and off the mat.

Vinyasa Yoga

A fast-paced series of postures that focuses on the flow between the movements, rather than individual poses.
