With summer around the corner, we think it’s high time we stepped it up a gear with our gym classes for members here in Burgundy Estate.
From Monday 8 October we’ll have additional peak time classes at 17 :30 on Mondays and Wednesdays.
We’re doing this because of the fantastic response from all of you new members since we opened earlier this year… so thank you!
You will now be able to drop in after work for a choice between our regular sessions, or our brand new boxing classes.
The boxing is suitable for anyone regardless of age, size or gender and will be split into fitness work and technical development.
And don’t worry if you’re a beginner – you’ll be in safe hands with our regional champion and national medalist, Onke Cephe.
This is our first step towards expanding what we offer as part of your membership and we’ll continue to strive to give you the best value we can for your time with us.
