Our cutting-edge mobility & movement gym sessions focus on your movement patterns as well as your joint functionality and health.
Expect to find movement preparation, controlled articular rotations and single-leg exercises as well as much, much more.

These sessions are designed by our lead trainer, Murray Ingram, who has two decades of professional experience at the forefront of exercise and training.
