Ayanda ‘Ginger’ Mapasa is joining the Burgundy High Performance Centre team to bring you a special boxing fitness class on Monday 15 October and Monday 22 October at 17:30.
Boxing fitness is FREE for existing gym members
These classes are all part of us giving you even more value for your gym membership with us.
Boxing fitness will run as well as our existing strength & conditioning class on a Monday evening, as we continue to expand our class timetable.
Ginger has spent 15 years as head coach of Western Province Boxing and Khayelitsha Boxing Academy, as well as continuing to coach at the University of the Western Cape.
He coached the South African national team at the 2008 World Student Boxing Championship and is one of only three AIBA 1-star-qualified coaches in the Western Cape.
Even closer to home, Ginger is mentor and coach to our regular boxing coach, Onke Cepe.
